PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.   We always aim to pack your order the next business day but sometimes it can take longer, especially during busy periods.  Please note, our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only.  Shekou can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.   Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays.

Our distribution centre is located in Auckland, New Zealand.   Like any international brand, international orders may be subject to customs/import fees upon arrival in your country. Upon placing your order with us you agree to pay any fees that your government may charge. Shekou will not be liable for any fees and we will not be able to refund/reship any parcels that are returned to sender by customs if the customer refuses to corporate with their local customs.

PLEASE NOTE

Our International Air Parcel option is an NZ Post service. NZ Post's standard compensation cover for loss or damage may be available where the disclosed value provided is under NZ$250.  Shekou will not be held liable for loss or damage and this must be taken up with the postal company directly. For this reason we recommend purchasing our International Courier option.
